For those who have been playing with GNS3 1.0, a few tips that might make your experience little easier…
1. Install Gnome Connection Manager
Basically our SecureCRT/SuperPutty for Linux. Sure as hell beats individual windows.



2. Wr mem, reloading, and hot pluggable ethernet cables
After messing with 1.0, wr mem and reloading works like a charm. Configs get saved, and you can plug in Connections without having to Stop then Start the device!

3. Private VLANs
We now can also do PVLANs on the switches! This’ll for sure save people some money to not have to buy 3560s!
